The maximum postage credit for any returned item is £2.00. We will replace faulty discs with the same title or credit/refund you if the title is no longer available.

Restocking Fee
Returns due to defects or because we sent you the incorrect disc in error will be replaced free of charge. Returns for ANY OTHER REASON will be exchanged subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Credits/Refunds
We will notify you regarding your credt/refund via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we will cover shipping costs and return postage only if the return is a result of our error. We cannot be responsible for incompatibilities caused by machines that have been modified to disable regional coding.
